  Oversees the business at 360 degrees. Ensures a unique customer experience and that business goals are achieved by effective sales strategies and CRM activities. Promotes staff engagement, motivation and development. Follows visual guidelines to ensure immaculate product display and store image. Ensures store operational procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Represents the brand and our company values at all times.

• 拥有5年以上奢侈品行业门店管理经验。
• 大学本科及以上学历。
• 熟悉奢侈品/珠宝门店的销售与运营流程。
• 深刻理解客户服务基本原则。
• 熟练掌握Microsoft Office等办公软件（尤其Excel）。
• 具备流利的英语和普通话能力。
• 结果导向、积极主动、卓越的团队协作精神。
• 具备优秀的沟通表达与人际交往能力，拥有突出的领导才能。
• 乐于接受挑战，具备快速学习能力，能适应公司快速发展与变革的环境。
