Job Description Job Scope

This role supports the Merchandising Manager in the planning and execution of the overall RTW categories, while taking primary ownership of Men’s RTW.

This role contributes to the development and execution of merchandising strategies, including seasonal buying, sales and sell-through analysis, inventory management, delivery follow-up, and assortment planning. The successful candidate will partner closely with Retail, VM, Supply Chain, and HQ to identify growth opportunities, optimize product performance, and support the achievement of commercial objectives.

The role requires a strong analytical retail mindset and the ability to translate business insights into actionable recommendations that enhance sales performance

Main Job Responsibilities

• Manage seasonal buying and assortment planning for Men’s RTW
• Support assortment planning, system uploads, and permanent assortment reviews
• Map collections by store to optimize sales opportunities
• Manage daily distribution and optimize seasonal Sell-through to maximize
• Execute stock rebalancing and store-to-store transfers
• Monitor shipment status and communicate updates with HQ & stores
• Prepare weekly sales comments and delivery updates, and provide monthly sales analysis, sell-through reports, and business updates for HQ
• Conduct seasonal feedback, competitor analysis, and market requests
• Facilitate seasonal collection training, Mix & Match workshops, and in-store coaching for RTW to strengthen team capability and sales results

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in merchandising/buying, preferably in luxury fashion
• Strong knowledge of RTW category and fashion market trends
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate into business actions
• Fluent in English; excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven, with the ability to work independently

Knowledge

• Enriched Fashion industry knowledge and possess a sense of fashion trends and market
• Good understanding of RTW client base / VIC requirements

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with POS/ERP systems.
• Ability to think logically with orderly manner.
• Attentive to details & result-oriented with flexible & positive thinking.
• A team player with pleasant personality and the ability to work independently.
• Dedication and good determination to meet deadlines.
