Job Description:
We're hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to accelerate HPE's growth with key enterprise customers across the Greater Los Angeles area. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology, driving outcomes for customers across media, entertainment, tech, healthcare, and more.
What you'll do

Own and grow a set of strategic LA‑based enterprise accounts, tying customer KPIs to HPE solutions and services.

Lead complex sales cycles: build executive sponsorship, shape digital transformation initiatives, and close multi‑year opportunities.
-
Build a strong network of champions across IT and lines of business, with a clear engagement model for decision makers.
-
Activate HPE executives, technical experts, and partners to differentiate and win in a competitive So Cal market.
-
Maintain a healthy, data‑driven pipeline and deliver predictable, high‑quality execution.
What you'll bring
-
4–8+ years of sales experience, with enterprise, strategic, or global account exposure.

Experience selling IT solutions (infrastructure, cloud, networking, as‑a‑service, or related) into large organizations.

Ability to navigate complex organizations, build relationships at multiple levels, and lead cross‑functional deal teams.

Strong storytelling and communication skills—you can translate technology into clear business value for senior leaders.

High energy, ownership mindset, and passion for growth in a dynamic, innovation‑driven market.

"The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. – United States of America: Annual Salary USD 221,000 - 456,500 in California
This range reflects the minimum to maximum combined base and target-level sales compensation that would be paid if the hire performs at 100% of their sales plan. Of that on-target pay amount, the mix of base salary and target-level sales compensation is 60%/40%."
