【組織概要】

HPE アドバイザリー&プロフェッショナルサービス部門がお客様に提供するITサービスのプリセールスをする部署となる。

・プリセールス活動では、お客様へワークショップや勉強会などを通してお客様の課題を整理する。

・社内外のステークホルダ（ISV：Independent Software Vendorも含めて）と協調して、案件受注の確度を上げる。

・提案戦略・シナリオの立案をおこない、HPEのサービスがお客様にとって価値あるものであることを訴求する。

HPEハイブリッドクラウド戦略の更なる推進に向け、仮想化・パブリッククラウド・コンテナ技術といった自社製品だけでないインフラテクノロジー、それらに係わる市場・パートナ動向を理解した、サービスビジネスのプリセールス人材の獲得が急務となっている。

【職務内容】

ITインフラ領域ソリューションに関する以下のいくつかのプリセールス活動。

・VMware、Hyper-Vなどの仮想化技術を活用したプライベートクラウド及び、AWS・Azure・GCPを利用したクラウドの設計・インテグレーション・移行の提案

・コンテナ基盤の設計・インテグレーション・移行の提案

・ビジネス企画部署と連携した外部イベントでの講師や勉強会、ラウンドテーブルのファシリテーションのサポート

・ITインフラのスペシャリストとして特に案件創出から提案フェーズを中心に活動しつつ、受注、運用までのソリューションビジネスで必要となるライフサイクル全般に係わることができる

・社内外の最新のテクノロジーを評価し、常にお客様にお届けすることができる

・HPE グローバル及びパートナとのコミュニケーションを通じ、最新のテクノロジー、情報に接する機会を数多く経験することができる

・パートナとビジネスの仕組みづくりをしている中で、幅広い人間関係を構築することができる

【要件】

・インフラソリューションの構築経験やコンサルティング経験、もしくはインフラソリューション提案の経験

・明るく前向きに業務を進められること

・VMware（v Sphere）,またはパブリッククラウド（AWS、Azure、GCP等）の知識をもっていること

・他部門や社外と円滑にコミュケーションし良好な関係を築けること

・経験が薄くともチャレンジする意欲があること

【その他】

・日本語にてコミュニケーションができること

・パブリッククラウドテクノロジーに対する理解と、パブリッククラウドサービスを活用したアーキテクチャー・構築に関する知識があればなおよい

・ITILやITSMに関するプロセスに対する理解と、そのソリューション/製品の設計・構築に関する知識

・Open Shift もしくは他のK8S ディストリビューションに関する知識があればなおよい

・CI/CDパイプラインの設計を含めたシステム開発プロセス全体のアーキテクチャー・構築に関する知識があればなおよい
