Job Description: Manufacturing Supply Chain Specialist Work Location: Hanoi- bắc ninh (Onsite)

• Lead supply strategic reviews of CTB, BP, and SP with CM partners to ensure alignment and execution readiness.
• Drive & eliminate gating parts per SKU to prevent supply disruptions.
• Anticipate and escalate constraint in capacity or resource to ensure delivery commitments.
• Validate MOQ and freight cost, manage & leveraging “What-If” simulations to drive cost-effective decisions.
• Own and drive the implementation of ECO/ DEV/ MCO/ Qualification Build with clear timelines and cost accountability.
• Lead seamless transitions by aligning closely with partners and ensuring operational continuity.
• Review monthly/quarterly CMINV and E&O reports.
• Manage Misc/ Non-FRU shipments, KPI reviews, QBR scorecards review
• Support CQFQ/ QE Risk/ Escalated Orders
• Drive Partner metrics and performance management and improvement (Build plan health, ROP fulfillment%, LTA-T%, Ocean shipment% and ECO on time execution%)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronics industry, and in similar roles; working experience in tier one EMS company is preferred
• Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Mandarin is preferred
• Well versed with Oracle/SAP ERP, Windows and Microsoft Office, other computer system
• Familiar with CTB/build plan/ BOMs, ECO&DEVs etc.
• Must be able to independently resolve issues in accordance with the processes and guidelines
