We are looking for a Dev Sec Ops Engineer to help design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud delivery platforms for mission‑critical applications. In this role, you will integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), automate security controls in CI/CD pipelines, and work closely with engineering, platform, and security teams to ensure reliable and compliant cloud operations.

This is a hands‑on technical role focused on automation, cloud security, and modern Dev Sec Ops practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with automated security and quality gates.
• Integrate security controls across the SDLC (shift‑left and shift‑right), including build, deploy, and runtime stages.
• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices.
• Automate security checks, scanning, secrets management, and policy enforcement within delivery pipelines.
• Support secure deployment and operation of cloud‑native and containerized applications.
• Collaborate with development, Cloud Ops/SRE, and security teams to improve delivery speed, reliability, and security posture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and security integrations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of new Dev Sec Ops tools and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in Dev Sec Ops / Cloud Engineering roles
• Strong experience with Dev Sec Ops practices and secure CI/CD pipelines
• Solid knowledge of cloud security, especially AWS security services and controls
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and modern DevOps tooling
• Understanding of containerized environments and Kubernetes‑based deployments
• Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed, cloud‑based systems
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in an agile, fast‑paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes security, container scanning, or policy‑as‑code
• Familiarity with security automation tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets detection)
• Exposure to monitoring, observability, and production SaaS environments
