Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a Level 1 Support Analyst (Bilingual) to provide first-line support, data analysis, and business insights to internal teams. This role supports the Renewals and Sales teams by assisting with quoting, reporting, business intelligence, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities using tools such as Power BI, SAP, and Salesforce.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with data and commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support & Operations:

  • Provide Level 1 support for internal users related to systems, data, and reporting
  • Assist the Renewal Team with quote preparation, validation, and follow-up
  • Ensure accuracy of customer, contract, and pricing data across systems
  • Business Intelligence & Data Analysis
  • Create, update, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Perform basic to intermediate data analysis to support business decisions
  • Support Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives and ad-hoc data requests

Systems & Tools:

  • Work with Salesforce for account, opportunity, renewal, and pipeline analysis
  • Use SAP to review contracts, pricing, billing, and renewal information
  • Ensure data consistency between Salesforce, SAP, and BI tools
  • Commercial Insights
  • Analyze customer and contract data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide insights to Sales and Renewals teams to improve retention and revenue
  • Support forecasting and performance tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Power BI (dashboards, reports, data visualization)
  • Basic working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Basic working knowledge of SAP
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting
  • Comfortable working with quotes, pricing, and renewal data

Language Skills:

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Customer- and business-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success teams
  • Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Background in business analytics, finance, or operations support
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 2-5 years experience
