Are you a recent graduate eager to start a career in sales? Do you enjoy building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that make a real impact?
Join our team as a Graduate Sales Consultant and develop your career in a fast-paced, client-oriented services IT environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience in consultative selling, working with businesses to provide tailored service solutions that drive value.

What you’ll do:
As a Graduate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible to offer solutions for our customers to operate and maintain their environments.
Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients

Identify business needs and propose tailored service solutions

Support the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, and follow-up

Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

Stay informed about market trends and client challenges
What We’re Looking For :

Recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar)

Strong interest in sales and client relationship management

Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills

Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

Team player with a positive attitude

The drive to seek out what’s next and to deliver exceptional results

A collaborative, solution focused spirit and overall sense of urgency

Fluent Dutch and English
