What You’ll Do
- Act as a Solution Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Communication, Media & Entertainment (CME) vertical.
- Lead design wins for Service Provider customers, including Telco Service Providers, Data Center Service Providers, Infrastructure Service Providers, and Internet Service Providers.
- Own the solution lifecycle, from architecture blueprint to technical design that aligns with customer business outcomes.
- Engage in CxO-level discussions to present technology vision and drive transformational initiatives.
- Provide strategic recommendations by leveraging strong business, financial, and legal understanding of the technology ecosystem.
- Guide customers in their AI journey, enabling automation and autonomous operations with self-driving networks.
- Develop business use cases and insights to understand customer needs and demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.
- Build ROI (Return on Investment) and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) models for large-scale projects.
- Deliver technical presentations, solution workshops, and demonstrations for customers, partners, and prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to solve customer challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team in pre-sales engagements to create value throughout the sales cycle.
What You Need to Bring
- 18+ years of networking experience in a customer-facing or pre-sales role.
- Strong expertise in Service Provider networking technologies, including:AIOps
- MPLS
- SRv6
- BGP
- ISIS
- BNG
- SASE
- Data Center networking and related Service Provider constructs.
- Proven experience engaging with senior leadership and CxO stakeholders.
- Ability to build technical architectures and business-driven solution strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience delivering customer workshops and technical discussions during the sales cycle.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E);Master’s degree preferred.
- HPEN certification (Juniper / Aruba); expert-level certifications preferred.
