Sales Segment Developer Graduate:

We are seeking a junior Sales Segment Developer (university graduate) to join our Compute team to the HPE Stockholm office. In this role you will have the possibility to grow into a sales role with focus on the HPE Compute / server portfolio. You will be able to develop your sales skills and technical understanding in an environment with supportive colleagues in various level of seniority. With focus on the Mid-Market and SMB segment, you will be engaged with both the HPE partner landscape and directly with end customers. You will also work with our Channel organization to support developing the Compute business with our distributors and partners.
Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us. From this role you will have the possibility to grow into a sales specialist role or channel business manager role.
Start date: September 2026
What you'll do:
- Help to drive sales opportunities into closing deals with focus on Compute portfolio for the Mid-Market customer segment
- Seek to identify own sales opportunities and explore the potential of sales leads
- Sell together with our reseller to end customers
- In collaboration with HPE Channel team, seek for development of the Mid-Market sales segment for Compute
- Continuously build your knowledge around sales and the IT market to be able to contribute with ideas on how to grow the Mid-Market business segment
- Actively building relationship with our distributors and business partners in the daily work and representing HPE at events
About you:
- Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree within the last 12 months with a focus in computer science, business, economics, or related
- **Native level of Swedish.**Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience or a proven interest in sales and technology
- Enjoy interactions with people with ability to take lead in building new relationships
- Good listener and ability seeing others perspective
- Strong solution mindset and with a drive to proactively striving for improvements
- Capable of learning and acting in limited time constraints
- Skilled in communication and enjoys sharing knowledge with others
- Team player with ability to work independently
