At J.P. Morgan Chase, we're enhancing our digital capabilities and investing in growth opportunities across the firm.
As part of the Content and Localisation Team, you'll report to the Head of Content and Localisation Delivery, strengthening our content ecosystems to gain a competitive edge. You'll organise and manage the structure and application of our content, ensuring systems are optimised for success.
We're seeking a clear communicator and impeccable organiser who thrives in a dynamic environment, adept at managing multiple projects and incorporating stakeholder input to optimise content in various languages.
Job responsibility:
-
Lead, manage, and develop the Content and Localisation Delivery team in Berlin.
-
Drive delivery excellence using time management, organisation, trade‑offs and priority calls to ensure the team works to a high standard and at speed
-
Set clear expectations, collaborate on performance reviews, and help grow an inclusive, high‑performing team.
-
Partner closely with Product, Content & Design and Engineering teams to align and translate business and market needs into clear requirements
-
Innovate and improve processes, identify friction and pain points, standardise ways of working, automate where possible, and embed continuous improvement.
-
Set direction, align stakeholders, and remove blockers: convert strategy into clear objectives and acceptance criteria, manage cross‑squad dependencies, surface and escalate risks early and recognise great work.
Who you are:
-
You are detail‑oriented and someone who operates at the centre of delivery across all levels, confidently collaborating with product and delivery focused teams.
-
You can break down complex initiatives into clear requirements and provide comprehensive direction to your team and make the complex simple and easier to accomplish
-
You have experience of managing and optimising enterprise-level content management systems and localisation tools, particularly CMS like AEM or Sitecore, or TMS like Smartling or Crowdin.
-
You proactively identify edge cases and risks and anticipate upstream and downstream impacts before they materialise.
-
You identify hidden issues, look beyond the obvious, and do not stop at the first answer.
-
You thrive in a fast‑paced environment with frequent change, adapting quickly and finding the right path - even when you do not have all the pieces of the puzzle.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
-
Relevant experience in content or localisation technologies with a focus on delivering content experiences in a variety of formats and environments – web, app, communications.
-
Knowledge of information architecture, structured content, headless CMS
-
Experience of the software development lifecycle, the software and hardware stack that delivers web applications and core application architecture concepts
-
Understanding of how apps consume content APIs and send user generated content back to the customer experience management platform
-
Experience working with app and web content, content marketing, CRM and SEO.
-
Must have fluent English and a good level of German as well
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Most likely you’ll have been a digital editor or translator in the past, now looking for a management and leadership role
