About the role
The Social Media Marketing Manager, VP is responsible for the strategic management and operational execution of JPMAM China’s social media presence across Chinese platforms. This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s social strategy and driving engagement through effective content creation, campaign execution, and data-driven optimization.
Job Description:
- Assist in the completion of internal approvals in accordance with the firmwide social media policies, and support the operation of JPMAM’s social media accounts and social paid advertising.
- Develop and implement social media plan aligned with the company’s overall strategic priorities, and lead the execution of key initiatives.
- Create content and execute campaigns for JPMAM’s social media accounts on platforms including We Chat, Douyin, and Red Note, in order to achieve social media objectives.
- Work closely with local and global marketing teams, as well as control parties, to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding of the scope and objectives of social media activities in China.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, regularly produce analytical reports, and provide actionable insights for content and advertising optimization.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in editing and presenting content in both Chinese and English
- Experience in marketing or social media-related roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
- Strong compliance awareness and the ability to operate in accordance with firmwide requirements
