As an Analyst within the APAC Subsidiary Banking Business Management team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of both strategic and tactical initiatives to support the business. You will be a key player in supporting business leaders, focusing on various aspects of business governance, communication, strategy, and overall reporting maintenance. You will also provide timely and accurate reporting across multiple key performance dimensions. This role offers the opportunity to work independently or partner with team mates across geographies on projects with regional impact.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce presentations, analysis and supporting materials for key internal clients including senior management; participate and support ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed
• Assisting with key business management functions including project management, analysis of sales/management reporting and ad-hoc requests. Support production and delivery for required material for Sales cadences
• Create, maintain and review financial models and analyses (both recurring and ad-hoc)
• Conduct "deep dive" analysis on key issues impacting the business to determine root cause and propose solutions
• Play active role in identifying areas for continued process improvement - dashboarding efforts and utilizing automation tools such as Alteryx to drive efficiency

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or business management roles in the financial services industry, with APAC regional exposure
• Sound judgment, professional maturity and personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and comfortable with changing priorities
• Ability to comprehend complex concepts and issues quickly with a curious mindset to dig for the answers, and maintain composure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and macros with extensive experience in navigating multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentation and recommendations
• Team oriented, critical thinker who anticipates questions from internal clients and senior management
• Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present updates, requests, ideas and other communications in a professional, clear and concise manner

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Experience working with Tableau, Alteryx and knowledge of data visualization tools such as Qliksense
• Corporate banking experience
• Able to quickly shift gears and work on projects of varying nature with individuals across different regions, levels and functions
