As the Senior Leader – Test Automation Team at JPMorgan Chase, you will set the vision, strategy, and execution for test automation across the organization. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills- Deep expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright)

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
• Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of AI-powered testing tools and AI-based defect prediction
• Experience with API testing (REST, SOAP, Postman, Rest Assured)
• Understanding of performance and security testing tools (JMeter, Load Runner)
• Strong data analytics skills to interpret test data, metrics, and dashboards
