Job Summary

As a Global Middle Office Onboarding Associate in Prime Brokerage, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless transition onto the JPMorgan platform. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Front Office, Product Development, Client Service, Sales, Corporate Actions, and Technology, providing solutions and support across a range of products. Together, we will deliver an outstanding client experience and drive operational success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients, vendors, and front office business teams to onboard Prime Brokerage clients.
  • Ensure testing and set-up are completed with all necessary sign-offs before client go-live.
  • Offer integration solutions to clients for successful onboarding onto the Prime Brokerage platform.
  • Assist in the full operational set-up of reference data across multiple products, including Cash, SWAP, Fixed Income, Stock Loan, and Global Clearing.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Prime Brokerage products to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own pre go-live testing, collaborating with front office, product development, middle office, and technology teams.
  • Facilitate client change requests globally across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
  • Communicate onboarding progress to senior business stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple streams of work, resolving issues and conflicts to meet deadlines.
  • Provide clear, targeted communication to different audiences, both internal and external.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Prime Brokerage knowledge and operational understanding of related products.
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently while promoting global knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, especially for client go-lives and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Understanding of hedge funds and trading strategies and knowledge of trade file processing standards and trade booking systems (including SWIFT).
  • Ability to confidently communicate with external and internal clients across all business areas. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with urgency and work under pressure and highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience in client integration or implementation within financial services.
  • Exposure to global Prime Brokerage operations and products.
  • Experience leading or supporting large-scale onboarding projects.
  • Familiarity with operational support for transitions management and client service account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues and deliver solutions in a dynamic environment.
