About the role
Posting Description:
As an Analyst in the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will analyze, prepare, and reconcile accounting and operational data and help deliver recurring profitability and performance reporting.
Job responsibilities:

Support month-end and forecast routines for assigned product areas, including preparation of key reports, reconciliations, and commentary for stakeholders

Assist with annual and ongoing planning activities (forecasting, budgeting, trend/exception monitoring), helping to document assumptions and track changes over time

Perform variance and driver analyses to explain results vs. prior forecast/budget and highlight key risks/opportunities

Support efficiency reporting and analytics, including (as applicable) location strategy, span of control reporting, and related metrics

Help create financial business cases for business initiatives by gathering inputs, building supporting analysis, and summarizing results

Develop, report on and monitor key performance metrics, support data quality initiatives, and help identify future reporting needs on a variety of topics to senior management

Build and maintain management-ready materials and recurring deliverables; ensure outputs are accurate, well-controlled, and delivered on time

Contribute to the design/enhancement of reports and dashboards to improve clarity, automation, and scalability

Identify opportunities to enhance controls and streamline processes, including automation where feasible (e.g., Excel tooling, SQL/Alteryx-enabled workflows)

Support special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or analytics (or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to work with large datasets and reconcile results to source information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills—able to summarize findings clearly and concisely in writing and verbally
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
- Positive, collaborative team mindset with high ownership on time-sensitive deliverables
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (executive-ready storytelling)
- Experience with SQL and/or Alteryx (nice to have)
- Exposure to dashboards/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
