As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Communications, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
The Communications Product Delivery team is looking for someone to assist with the roadmap of requests sponsored by our various business partners that wish to communicate servicing messages to their clients via email/text/push channels in support of their products. You will be expected to collaborate with business product owners and design and development teams to develop a unified customer communications experience across all customer and product types.
Job responsibilities

Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery

Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience

Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers

Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle

Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Facilitate effective collaboration between assigned internal business partners and our Digital Communications product and technology groups

Understand and manage a roadmap within the Digital Communications space

Partner with our tech teams within their sprint cycles to be sure all epics and stories are delivered on time

Grow into a subject matter expert on Digital Communications

Evaluate business requests through the lens of our customer-centered communications framework and influence stakeholders to find customer friendly strategies that deliver business results
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
-
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
-
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
-
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand complex requirements and work with both business partners and development teams

Robust organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Detail-oriented, proactive and diligent in approach, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide solutions in a dynamic environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in a similar industry or sector: Familiarity with industry-specific trends and challenges can be advantageous.
Proven track record of successful partner engagement and relationship-building in a large, matrixed organization.
