DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Drive the technical implementation of enhancements in accordance with customer and business stakeholder priorities. Write detailed requirements and coordinate with engineering teams and stakeholders. Partner closely with product managers and engineering leads to define delivery timelines and create and prioritize product backlog. Act as a liaison between business user and implementation team while communicating effectively with senior leadership to maintain awareness about content and feature production, project status, and any delay that may affect the outcome. Perform analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, and recommend alternate solutions. Develop creative software solutions, break down technical problems, and provide technical troubleshooting. Work collaboratively with Automation Engineers and UAT team to go over test strategy plans. Assess tech debt as part of development backlog and manage accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: Utilizing development tools including Confluence and JIRA for software development, documentation, and prioritization; Using Figma for front-end development requirements; Utilizing Tableau and Adobe Analytics for customer behavioral analytics to inform enhancements to UX; Authoring and publishing content for web and mobile channels; Utilizing workflow management for customers facing content management using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); Working with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure to ensure efficient delivery; Utilizing agile methodologies including prioritization, technical, project risk assessment, estimation, project timelines, and value-based change control; Using web and mobile technologies including Restful APIs, cloud services, CMS, front-end frameworks, marketing automation, and analytics platforms to enable customer to redeem points or awards on an online or mobile platform; Distributing systems and applications running on AWS platform to provide stability; Using Spinnaker, Jules, and Jenkins for Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD); Utilizing web standards accessibility including WCAG, ADA, A/B testing, and data-driven experimentation to implement the best customer experience using real world research and data; Developing test strategy plans including API Testing, Microservices Testing, Test Data Mgmt., Cypress, and Ui Path using Sauce Labs.
