Key Responsibilities:
-
Originate, cultivate, and strengthen long-term client relationships by leveraging industry networks and consistently delivering best-in-class service across all dimensions of wealth management.

Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to design, implement, and manage bespoke investment and wealth solutions tailored to each client’s financial objectives and risk profile.

Act as a strategic advisor, providing clients with actionable market intelligence, portfolio reviews, and multi-asset investment opportunities, while proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business prospects.

Oversee seamless client onboarding and ongoing relationship management, including KYC refreshes, suitability assessments, and the coordination of client meetings and transactional activities.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure rigorous adherence to regulatory standards, risk management frameworks, and internal governance policies, upholding the highest levels of professional integrity.

Monitor and analyze client portfolios, Assets Under Management (AUM), and revenue metrics using advanced internal systems to support data-driven business decisions.

Drive commercial growth by expanding the client franchise through targeted networking, cross-selling initiatives, and the delivery of holistic family office solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in wealth management, demonstrating a proven track record in client acquisition and stakeholder engagement.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among clients and internal partners.

Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities, operating with a high degree of integrity and risk awareness.

Collaborative team player, adept at working across multiple business lines and engaging with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Previous experience within a leading wealth management or private banking institution, with direct responsibility for client relationship management.

In-depth knowledge of private banking regulatory frameworks and control environments, with demonstrated ability to manage client accounts in accordance with industry best practices.
