Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, set and manage expectations, and provide regular status updates.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues, maintaining a sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Oversee project documentation, process improvements, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment, mentor junior staff, and promote collaboration across functions.
  • Drive project delivery, monitor milestones, and adapt plans to meet changing priorities and urgent needs.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project management or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and results orientation.
  • Advanced English. Portuguese is a plus.
