Join a high‑impact sourcing leadership team that shapes enterprise‑wide buying strategies, accelerates value creation, and strengthens third‑party risk management. In this role, you’ll lead complex, global deals from strategy through onboarding—translating market intelligence, benchmarking, and rigorous analysis into outcome‑driven category strategies, competitive events, and best‑in‑class contracts. You’ll be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across lines of business, a coach and mentor to a high‑performing sourcing team, and a catalyst for vendor rationalization, channel compliance, and measurable savings to the P&L. You will also lead a team of sourcing professionals, oversee the sourcing book of work, and develop talent through coaching on negotiation tactics, contractual coverage, and market‑intelligence best practices. The ideal candidate brings deep business services sourcing expertise, strong analytics and project management skills, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across global teams.

  • 100+ years managing third‑party providers, category/commodity spend, and complex sourcing programs.
  • Extensive business services sourcing across global and regional providers with deep contracting/procurement expertise; experience in Banking & Financial Services and regulated environments.
  • Advanced analytics and financial modeling (TCO, value streams, cost drivers) with a proven record leading techno‑commercial evaluations, competitive events, and supplier due diligence at scale.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel) and Ariba or similar e‑sourcing/procurement platforms.
  • Strong negotiation capability delivering measurable savings and improved commercial/contractual terms.
