Global Service Talent Enablement is a fast-paced design team that sets the pace for innovation and learning design across the organization. Our mission is to empower growth, foster innovation, and deliver exceptional service through continuous learning and opportunity for the entire line of business. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, finds energy in meaningful and fast-moving work, and is eager to lead others in design thinking and learning best practices.

As a Learning Experience Designer within the Talent Enablement team, you will craft compelling, learner-centered experiences that drive performance and engagement across the business. You will partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate complex content into visually engaging learning solutions across multimedia formats — including video, simulation, e Learning, and interactive content. In this role, you'll design and develop engaging, multimedia learning experiences that make a real impact across the business. From concept to delivery, you will own the end-to-end design process: prototyping, iterating, managing timelines, and measuring learning impact. You will bring a strong design sensibility and a curiosity for emerging tools and technologies — including AI — to continuously push the boundaries of what learning can look like.

Job responsibilities:

  • Design and develop learner-centered experiences across multiple multimedia formats including video, e Learning, simulation, and interactive content
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, scope requirements, and align on deliverables
  • Create visually compelling assets that maintain brand consistency and meet a high standard for design quality
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently driving timelines from kickoff through delivery
  • Prototype and iterate on learning solutions through rapid design cycles, incorporating feedback and testing to refine outcomes
  • Apply adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks to ensure learning experiences are grounded in science and best practice
  • Measure and evaluate learning effectiveness using data, assessments, and learner feedback to continuously improve solutions
  • Craft meaningful assessments, including scenario-based evaluations and knowledge checks, that go beyond surface-level recall
  • Ensure all learning experiences meet accessibility and inclusive design standards
  • Explore and adopt emerging tools and technologies — including AI-assisted design — to innovate and elevate the team's work

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience designing and developing learning content, with a portfolio demonstrating range and quality
  • Foundational knowledge of adult learning theory and frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, cognitive load theory)
  • Ability to apply learning science principles in practical training solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to build trust, influence, and align cross-functional partners
  • Talent for multimedia storytelling, turning complex information into engaging, digestible narratives
  • Proficiency with multimedia tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe After Effects, simulation authoring platforms, Microsoft Suite)
  • Strong visual design skills, with attention to layout, typography, color, and brand consistency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience publishing and managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design, with awareness of WCAG and ADA standards
  • Ability to independently manage timelines, priorities, and projects, quickly learning new tools and technologies

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in curriculum development, including needs analysis, learning architecture, and program-level design
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and design thinking principles as applied to learning solutions. Familiarity with HTML or web development for custom digital learning content
  • Ability to measure and analyze learning effectiveness, demonstrating ROI to stakeholders
  • Experience with prototyping and iterative design, refining solutions based on testing and feedback
  • Experience publishing and managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Skill in designing meaningful assessments, including scenario-based evaluations, knowledge checks, and performance-based measures

All application requirements (including updated resume - please include specifics of your career) should be posted, submitted and completed in the Oracle tool.
