Job responsibilities:

• Establish and refine SDLC (testing strategy, automation, CI/CD, code quality gates) optimizing developer experience, velocity and robustness
• Design a release strategy enabling frequent, stable releases
• Define and evolve React Native / Expo mobile architecture for a mass‑market consumer application
• Design and deliver a modular core platform enabling rapid, reliable feature iteration.
• Recruit, mentor and lead a lean, high‑impact engineering team

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Formal training or certification on React engineering concepts and proficient expert experience
• Proven delivery of commercial React Native applications in production across Android & iOS at scale
• Deep understanding of React Native and Expo internals
• Latest knowledge of architecture, tooling and best practices in mobile app development
• Mastery of TypeScript
• Experience optimizing large codebases
• Hands‑on knowledge of mobile build & release systems
• Strong grasp of architecture patterns

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Published React Native app(s) in public app stores
• Native Kotlin and/or Swift experience
• Kotlin Multiplatform exposure
