As a Business Management Vice President in the IPB Operations Finance and Business Management team, you drive impactful business solutions and help shape the future of our operations. You work alongside a collaborative and diverse team, supporting key initiatives that enhance our client experience, operational excellence, and team culture. Together, we create an environment where your ideas matter, your growth is supported, and your work makes a difference for our clients and the wider International Private Bank (IPB) community.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver key projects and business initiatives that drive operational excellence and strategic outcomes.
- Organize and present complex information in a clear, compelling manner using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Respond promptly to executive requests for project management, business analysis, and presentation development.
- Communicate effectively with business partners to understand project needs and drive next steps.
- Manage and coordinate team activities, including town halls, offsites, and employee engagement events.
- Prepare and review materials for governance meetings, business reviews, and senior leadership forums.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables, driving action plans within risk and control frameworks.
- Maintain and update internal documentation and resources on collaboration platforms.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Support the Head of Asia Private Bank Operations and the leadership team on the Private Bank Operations agenda in Asia
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in business management, operations, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholder groups and driving collaborative outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
