As an Associate within the Asia Pacific Prime Middle Office Onboarding team, you will lead end-to-end client onboarding across the Prime Brokerage platform. You will partner directly with clients and internal stakeholders to plan, test, and deliver production-ready integrations across multiple products. You will own pre-go-live testing, coordinate signoffs, and ensure an accurate operational setup and a seamless transition. You will act as a subject matter expert on Prime products and provide clear, timely updates to senior stakeholders.
You will work with colleagues across New York, Houston, London, Hong Kong, Manila, Bangalore, and Buenos Aires as part of a 25+ person global team. We collaborate closely with product development, technology, product control, client service, sales, corporate actions, and transitions to deliver a unified client experience across cash, equity swaps, fixed income, stock loan, and global clearing (futures and options, over-the-counter clearing, and foreign exchange prime brokerage).
Job responsibilities
- Partner with clients, vendors, and front office to execute Prime Brokerage client onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end testing and production setup; secure required signoffs prior to go-live
- Propose client integration solutions and guide clients through platform requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Prime products for internal and external stakeholders
- Own pre-go-live testing across front office, product development, middle office, and technology
- Facilitate client change requests across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and North America
- Track milestones, risks, and issues; communicate status and next steps to senior stakeholders
- Drive timely resolution of blockers to meet go-live dates while upholding control standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes and client experience
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of work experience in Operations and/or Prime Finance Middle Office within the Banking industry
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills including the ability to provide clear communication of progress
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership and responsibility for all on-boards
- Self-directed, highly motivated, ability to work independently as well as strong team player
- Highly organized, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
- Positive “Can Do” attitude

- Must have the ability to talk to external and internal clients confidently within all business areas of the firm
- Ability to act with urgency, and analytical with good problem solving skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior Prime Brokerage knowledge and understanding of hedge funds and the trading strategies they employ.
