As a Recruiting Manager in Talent Acquisition, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters supporting risk management and compliance hiring. You will partner with senior stakeholders to understand evolving workforce needs, shape recruiting strategy, and deliver quality hires through a consistent, candidate-focused process. You’ll set clear goals, remove roadblocks, and create an environment where your team can do their best work. Together, we’ll drive a strong hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to clarify hiring needs, priorities, and workforce plans
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters through regular feedback and skill-building
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct ongoing check-ins and reviews
- Allocate recruiter workloads and resources to balance capacity and meet hiring goals
- Facilitate team communication, knowledge sharing, and consistent recruiting practices
- Resolve issues and remove barriers that impact hiring progress or team effectiveness
- Recommend process improvements to streamline the recruiting experience for candidates and stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, market dynamics, and stakeholder expectations
- Support a timely, professional candidate experience through consistent communication and closure
- Guide teams on inclusive hiring practices and support diverse candidate slates
- Communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- 6 years of recruiting experience
- 2 years of people management or direct team leadership experience
- Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes and delivering hires against goals
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop recruiters through feedback and performance management
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including partnering with senior leaders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience recruiting for control-related functions (e.g., finance, accounting, risk, or compliance)
- Experience building diverse sourcing strategies, including market mapping and proactive outreach
- Strong project management skills, including tracking progress and driving accountability
- Experience using data and reporting to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Demonstrated customer-service mindset and ability to navigate complex stakeholder needs
- Experience leading process improvements that enhance speed, quality, or candidate experience
- Familiarity with high-volume or multi-requisition recruiting environments
