As the Business Management, Vice President within our Technology Product & Design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategies that promote team growth and transformation. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders on financial planning, headcount forecasting, and project management. You will help ensure teams have the resources and information needed to achieve their goals. By providing clear recommendations and comprehensive reporting, you will support informed decision-making. Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with technology, product, and design leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and review of business cases, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Enhance financial planning and forecasting by providing timely and accurate data.
- Monitor headcount, infrastructure, and vendor and other non-labor expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain technology headcount forecasting models with regular updates.
- Lead reviews of headcount, financial, and location strategies, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Partner with HR and finance teams to gather inputs, validate data, and adjust models as needed.
- Design and produce comprehensive reporting tools and monthly reporting packets.
- Audit and improve reporting processes, identifying gaps and implementing enhancements.
- Lead and manage ad hoc projects and transformation initiatives, supporting execution and performance improvements.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in business management, financial planning, or strategic planning.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed forecasting and reporting models.
- Advanced analytical skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Experience in financial management and cost optimization.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including client management, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Master’s degree or MBA in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
