  • Agency Securities Finance
  • Operational Service Delivery Associate

At JPMorgan Chase, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exceptional development journey while supporting our customers' needs.

Buenos Aires is one of JPMorgan Chase's key strategic hubs, with over 4,000 employees supporting areas such as Operations, Technology, Finance, Credit Risk, Human Resources, and Legal, among others, providing value‑added services, products, and solutions to clients across multiple countries worldwide.

JPMorgan Chase's Agency Securities Finance (ASF) business involves the transfer of securities from lenders to borrowers who are obligated to return those securities on demand or at the end of an agreed term. ASF serves as an investment overlay strategy that enhances the intrinsic value of securities portfolios by generating income and reducing expenses within an acceptable level of risk.

As an Operational Service Delivery Associate, you will represent JPMorgan Chase's Agency Securities Finance service delivery to clients, acting as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day questions, concerns, and requests.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor and maintain operational service levels for clients.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing client queries across the end‑to‑end Agency Securities Finance function.
  • Drive escalation of client service‑delivery issues to all relevant internal JPMorgan Chase stakeholders to ensure focus and timely resolution.

  • Train clients on self‑service portals and provide education on the reporting suite.
  • Partner with Relationship Management teams to deliver client service reviews and due‑diligence workshops.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of internal stakeholders across the business to help clients navigate the firm.
  • Own the change‑management agenda for client requests related to product and/or reporting enhancements, changes, or additions, driving a consistent support model across clients (limiting bespoke processes).
  • Own client reporting needs to ensure alignment with market trends and client expectations.
  • Partner with internal and external auditors to ensure appropriate and timely dissemination of required reports and information.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong client focus and orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear executive messaging.
  • Effective client‑management skills and the ability to deliver challenging messages.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong process‑flow understanding, including the ability to assess current operational processes and system linkages, and identify opportunities to improve/streamline workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Minimum 2 years of Client Service experience.
  • Bachelor's degree completed. Finance orientation is a plus.
  • Availability to work from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
