As a Senior Associate on the Canada Treasury Services Product team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our product offerings throughout the entire lifecycle—from concept to launch and scale. You’ll champion the voice of the customer, translating business needs into actionable requirements that maximize value, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive bottom-line results.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for treasury services, ensuring alignment with client needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with product owners to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle including ideation, design, development, launch, and ongoing enhancements while upholding rigorous project management discipline.
- Assist with change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Technology, Operations, Service, Risk, Legal, Compliance) to launch and scale product and pricing changes efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and update product collateral to support product delivery and facilitate internal and external communication including presentations to cross functional stakeholders.
- Monitor product and pricing performance and track KPIs and trends to inform roadmaps and revenue opportunities.
- Drive process enhancements to increase efficiency, scalability, and resiliency of products.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and processes to ensure audit readiness.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve urgent product issues while communicating changes to business stakeholders.
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, treasury services, payments, or cash management within financial services.
- Strong understanding of treasury products, payment systems, and account solutions preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; deliver complex information clearly and concisely both verbally and written, and influence across a matrixed organization.
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills, strategic perspective, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Persistent in identifying root causes and engaging stakeholders to drive resolution.
- Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation and processes to ensure audit readiness; proactively address gaps and support audit activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point).
