As an Operations Manager II within Escrow, you will oversee a team of Associate Operations Supervisors. You will lead efforts in managing and processing loans, focusing on Escrow Servicing, Centralized Quality, and Vendor Audit work groups. You will work closely with domestic partners and senior leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency and goal attainment. Your role is pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence and driving continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities:

  • Leads and inspires a team of Associate Operations Supervisors.
  • Directs efforts in managing and processing mortgage and home equity loans.
  • Focuses on Escrow Servicing, Centralized Quality, and Vendor Audit work groups.
  • Exhibits exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrates capacity to lead, develop, and inspire team members.
  • Drives exceptional performance by setting a positive example.
  • Engages with domestic partners and senior leaders strategically.
  • Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities for enhancing efficiency.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations Management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in mortgage and home equity loan processing.
  • Analytical acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong focus on achieving organizational goals.
  • Experience in managing Escrow Servicing and Vendor Audit work groups.
  • Ability to engage with senior leaders and domestic partners.
  • Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and planning.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of excellence.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Knowledge of Home Lending is an advantage.
  • Experience in Centralized Quality management.
  • Familiarity with auditing functions within the mortgage industry.
  • Advanced degree in business or related field.
  • Certification in operations management or related discipline.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
