The JPMorgan Wealth Aggregation and Analytics product team defines and executes on the strategy for multiple vendor products for performance reporting, risk analysis and estate planning focused on offering a total solution for managing financial, investment, planning, and other comprehensive needs of high-net-worth families and the advisors who serve them. This includes investment client specific capabilities such as client performance aggregation, estate planning, proposal building, portfolio risk analysis & monitoring, and corporate cash management to support investment management and coordinated financial management of a family's entire balance sheet.
The Analytics Reporting Senior Product Associate role is focused on leading the ongoing integration and driving adoption of Aladdin Wealth and Vanilla, for JP Morgan Wealth Advisors. Additionally, the role includes vendor relationship management across the product offering.
As the Analytics Reporting Senior Product Associate on the Wealth Aggregation and Analytics team, you will serve as a subject matter expert on the Aladdin Wealth and Vanilla applications and all key functionality of the software. Support advisors and clients as a key point of contact for Aladdin and provide high touch ongoing product support. Act as a key JPMorgan relationship point of contact for Aladdin and Vanilla partners. Liaise with Aladdin relationship manager and technology teams to deliver new features and support key client needs. You will drive the product roadmap and define specific, measurable OKRs for the product and ensure all technology teams are operating efficiently through the consistent review of agility metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and groom product feature requirements supporting the proposal and estate planning product roadmaps through the agile framework
- Prioritize work (Epics and Initiatives) by performing quarterly planning based on partner technology teams' capacity and plan product releases
- Create and socialize detailed product updates to represent the product in key community forums such as budget planning, monthly cabinets and business reviews
- Collaborate with the delivery manager to manage workflow of Stories and Epics in Jira/Align for accurate reflection of progress completion
- Coordinate with other product teams delivery expectations and work through blockers
- Serve as the product subject matter expert and key escalation point for training and inquiry resolution to ensure consistent production quality
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams, including Business, Front office and Technology teams to understand pain points and drive solutions
- Collaborate with legal, risk, compliance and controls to ensure the product is delivered to advisors and clients within the current reporting standards
- Partner with product finance partners to ensure Aladdin engagement is kept current with respect to third party vendor management, budgeting & payment processing
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Prior experience with Aladdin or portfolio risk analysis or client reporting software services, and/or Vanilla or estate/goals/income-based planning software services
- Experience with Jira, Align, agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with 1+ in product management
- Experience in portfolio reporting and investment performance methodologies with an understanding of complex investment products
- Proven track record of new product feature creation and delivery
- Experience working with senior management and front office financial advisors
- Effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
- Undergraduate degree
- FINRA SIE and Series 99 required within 120 days of hire

- Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure
- Excels in a dynamic environment that changes due to external factors and new priorities
- Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase
- Technical acumen as a product owner is desired.
