Your first 6 weeks, you will -

Participate in New Hire Training covering the introduction to our implementation organization, project management tools, end-to-end process flows, and additional resources to help you work smarter

Engage with senior leaders to review our Vision and Strategy
-
Get to know your partners by attending regular calls to review active implementations
-
Begin to build your brand and establish valuable relationships
-
Begin to learn our Products and how we implement them
-
Gain knowledge in utilizing our banking tools
-
Gain experience through shadowing skilled and knowledgeable peers
What you will need to be successful -
-
Passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experience
-
Project management experience; experience with complex treasury implementations a plus
-
Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic client-facing environment
-
Ability to clearly communicate, partner, and influence - leading others to a common goal
-
Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established SLA
-
Comfort in using technology such as Web Ex, Zoom and other collaboration tools for enhanced client discussions
-
Fearlessness of new, API-driven technologies and the related implementation requirements
-
Urgency for solutions and moving projects past roadblocks
-
Payments and Receivables experience or eagerness to learn
-
Consulting or business analysis experience in the ERP, systems integration, or API space a plus
-
MS Office Suite experience

Appreciation for being a ‘keeper of our brand’

Curiosity and passion for learning new things

Ability to assess, prioritize, and manage your time accordingly

Ultimately you’ll be expected to own our Client’s Onboarding experience, end-to-end. This includes:
-
Representing us as the project manager and single point-of-contact on your assigned global implementations
-
Delivering a first-class, end-to-end client experience during complex treasury product implementations
-
Manage client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice regarding aspects of treasury solutions including – RFP responses, client presentations and client visits
-
Scope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed specifications for treasury services
-
Use of MS Office tools to document scope, meeting agendas and minutes and project plans
-
Use of workflow tool for status updates and document repository
-
Manage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectations.

Demonstrate creative problem-solving and heightened awareness of risks and client impacts
-
Empowerment to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to success
