As a Business Manager within the CIB Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team, you will be supporting CIB Marketing and partner directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to advance strategic, operational, and cultural goals. You drive financial planning, performance measurement, governance, and process excellence that improve team effectiveness and business outcomes. Your work enables disciplined execution of critical marketing initiatives and clear, consistent engagement with senior stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities

Define the CIB Marketing mandate, organizational design, priorities, and operating rhythm.

Advise senior leaders on strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional workstreams to deliver outcomes.

Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and trend analyses spanning financials and marketing effectiveness.

Oversee budgeting, expense management, and accurate, consistent reporting.

Create high-quality executive materials and presentations for senior management forums.
-
Build strong relationships across business and functional partners to align on priorities and execution.

Partner with Control Management, Compliance, HR, and Line of Business–aligned Business Managers to manage the end-to-end business environment.

Support governance routines and regulatory priorities within the marketing function.

Drive process improvements that enhance controls, transparency, and speed-to-execution.

Lead strategic analysis, planning cycles, and resourcing recommendations.

Participate in global and regional marketing task groups and initiatives to share best practices and coordinate delivery.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

Minimum 8 years of experience in financial institutions, marketing, strategy, or business management/chief of staff roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to lead through influence, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly articulate complex issues to senior stakeholders.

Advanced Excel proficiency and expert-level PowerPoint presentation development.

Proven project management skills, including facilitation of senior-level discussions and decision-making.

Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Thorough understanding of risks and controls, with a proactive approach to process improvement.

Demonstrated effectiveness under pressure with a self-motivated, energetic approach.
