Your leadership, communication, and coaching skills will be instrumental in empowering teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively, while continuously adapting to changing requirements and priorities.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio cadence including cross-team sprint planning, mid-sprint syncs, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and integrated end-to-end demos
  • Drive empirical process control through transparent backlogs, measurable sprint goals, and continuous improvement
  • Define and maintain a single source of truth for portfolio health (predictability, throughput, flow efficiency, WIP, quality, risk) with dashboards and alerting for variance, bottlenecks, and flow interruptions
  • Facilitate regular delivery health reviews with product and engineering leadership, driving data-informed interventions
  • Build and maintain cross-team dependency maps and a living program board; perform critical-path analysis and negotiate resequencing and capacity shifts to protect milestones; track dependency lead time and mean time to unblock
  • Orchestrate rolling wave planning and capacity-based prioritization across platforms, data products, analytics, and AI/ML; manage shared services and enabling teams to optimize system throughput
  • Run proactive risk discovery (risk/controls checkpoints, pre-mortems, flow diagnostics), define escalation paths and decision rights, and ensure corrective actions are owned, time-bound, and measured for effectiveness
  • Connect strategy and objectives and key results (OKRs) to backlog and capacity; make trade-offs transparent (scope, quality, schedule, cost) and align product, platform, and data governance roadmaps
  • Design and execute a staged change plan with stakeholder mapping, enablement, coaching, reinforcement, and communities of practice to sustain ways of working
  • Create an integrated communications calendar and coordinate ceremonies, workshops and checkpoints; manage cumulative change load and gate new initiatives based on readiness, risk and absorption capacity

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 10 years in agile product delivery, including 4 years leading cross-portfolio orchestration in data, analytics, or product environments.
  • Demonstrated success running Scrum at scale and implementing portfolio health monitoring, dependency management, and risk escalation.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy and objectives and key results (OKRs) into executable, capacity-constrained delivery plans.
  • Experience designing and executing enterprise change strategies and integrated communication plans.
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills across product, engineering, data governance, and risk/compliance partners.
  • Expertise in lean portfolio management, modern product practices, DevOps/continuous delivery, and flow metrics.
  • Proficiency with delivery tooling for backlogs, dashboards, alerts, and program boards (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalents).
  • Ability to perform critical-path analysis, capacity planning, and scenario-based sequencing.
  • Track record of driving measurable improvements in throughput, quality, predictability, and value realization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to executive and technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Advanced degree in engineering, data science, or business.
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe/Lean Portfolio Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience in data platforms, data products, data governance, data publishing/processing, and applied AI/ML.
  • Hands-on experience establishing communities of practice and coaching change agents.
