602 Paid Search Marketing Strategy Sr. Associate

Job Description

The Marketing Strategy Sr. Associate is responsible for increasing profitable new account growth within the Paid Search channel. This position sits within the Acquisitions Center of Excellence of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group, and requires a deep understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and best practices to improve paid search processes, testing methodologies, data presentation, and campaign results.

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns, including writing compelling ad copy, to maximize conversion rates.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as Click Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Account (CPA), and ROI, using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.

  • Compile, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to provide meaningful channel insights to stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with card product teams to align paid search strategies with overall marketing goals.

  • Present campaign performance and strategic insights to key stakeholders effectively.

  • Identify, explore, and prioritize new opportunities and strategies.

  • Work with internal agencies to strategize and execute campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Demonstrate strong data literacy skills, including the ability to understand, analyze, and communicate data, to impact business results.

  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail.

  • Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Thrive in both a collaborative team environment as well as an individual contributor.

  • Initiate and take ownership of projects to achieve results.

  • Utilize analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to extract actionable insights, generate comprehensive reports, and present findings clearly to stakeholders.

  • 4+ years of marketing management, account management or channel strategy preferably in acquisitions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient with Pay-Per-Click (PPC) platforms and tools (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) and experience managing paid search campaigns.
  • Experience with other digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, display advertising).
