Transaction Execution Associate- Credit Product Delivery
Job Responsibilities:

Deliver best-in-class transaction execution and documentation negotiation management for credit facilities and ancillary documentation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder alignment across the transaction lifecycle.

Review and support bankers in negotiating legal documentation across a range of credit products, providing clear guidance and timely escalation where appropriate.

Draw on subject-matter expertise to propose practical solutions, engaging the appropriate stakeholders (Bankers and/or Trade Sales, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Tax, etc.) promptly to drive resolution.

Manage the execution controls framework, including reporting and escalation, and prepare and coordinate documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations in line with internal policies.

Manage the deal closing process end-to-end by coordinating closing activities with internal and external parties, performing conditions precedent checks, and ensuring all other required closing items are in place for timely completion.

Ensure transparent communication and prompt issue resolution with all stakeholders to deliver a consistent client experience from negotiation through closing and post-closing.

Provide post-closing support, coordinating outstanding deliverables, documentation updates, and operational follow-through.

Effectively manage the deal pipeline by prioritizing milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring each transaction closes on time and to required standards.

Support broader projects and initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen risk and control outcomes.

Collaborate effectively across time zones and regions, scheduling and communicating proactively to meet global stakeholder and client needs.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in documentation negotiation management and transaction execution coordination for credit facilities.
- Solid understanding of credit execution, transaction management, and core banking processes.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to identify issues, prioritize risks, and drive timely resolution.
- Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines, including excellent prioritization skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, and/or Law
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Effective systems adoption and responsible use of AI tools, demonstrating integrity and adherence to controls
- Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage
