As a Market and Product Strategy Manager in the Commercial Bank, you will be responsible for understanding what our Innovation Economy & Fintech clients need and why across the complex payments ecosystem, and ensure the right solutions are delivered at the right time.

Job responsibilities

  • Analyze and quantify core payment flows within the Innovation Economy & Fintech segments, identifying distinct requirements for each segment to inform tailored solutions.
  • Drive market research and gather competitive intelligence via client engagements, round tables and industry events, to influence Product strategy.
  • Develop robust business cases and total addressable market (TAM) analyses, leveraging ideal client profiles to prioritize opportunities based on ROI and strategic impact.
  • Design and structure innovative solutions and pricing strategies aligned with market needs to accelerate revenue generation and minimize service-related inquiries.
  • Partner closely with sales, client solution specialists (CSS), and market readiness teams to coordinate sales activities and drive successful commercialization of our products.
  • Proactively communicate market-specific developments and changes to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and responsiveness across the organization.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise supporting Innovation Economy & Fintech clients in Sales or Product
  • Extensive experience in treasury services with strong understanding of the Payments ecosystem
  • Ability to synthesize quantitative data and qualitative voice-of-customer (VoC) signals into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated prior experience influencing cross-functional partners to deliver value at scale
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executive-level leaders
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced analytical skills such as SQL, Python, Sigma, etc.
