As a Trade Execution Specialist on our Execution Desk at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, you will be executing trades across Equities, Fixed Income, FX and Derivatives, delivering best-in-class execution and exceptional client service. You will be collaborating closely with Bankers, Investors and Product Specialists to drive cross-asset solutions for Private Bank clients in Asia, leveraging the scale and sophistication of our global trading infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute trades across Equities, Fixed Income, FX and Derivatives, ensuring best execution standards and precise risk controls

• Navigate US, European and Asian markets; manage order flow across sessions and venues with attention to liquidity, volatility and market microstructure dynamics

• Leverage Bloomberg and Office tools to support decision-making and client liaison

• Partner with Bankers, Investors, and Product Specialists to translate investment intent into executable strategies and optimize client outcomes

• Contribute to a high-performance desk culture, collaborating across teams to share market insights in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a quantitative discipline. Strong candidates from other disciplines with quantitative aptitude are welcome

• At least 3 years of proven experience on a trading desk with strong product knowledge, ideally across multi-assets

• Familiarity with US, European and Asian markets, including market mechanics and trading hours

• Proficiency with Bloomberg and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to perform under pressure with exceptional attention to detail and analytical rigour

• Fluency in Mandarin, with competent oral and written communication skills to serve Chinese clients effectively
