As a Business Product & Transformation Analyst in Client Service and Onboarding, you support portfolio management by keeping initiative data accurate, visible, and aligned to priorities. You partner with product, transformation, and delivery teams to track progress, surface risks, and maintain consistent reporting. You help ensure leaders have clear, timely insights to support decisions. You contribute to an organized, connected operating rhythm across the portfolio.
Job responsibilities
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of initiatives, projects, and programs
- Update ownership, status, milestones, and key details in portfolio tracking tools
- Verify that portfolio records, documentation, and team rosters are current and accurate
- Maintain portfolio data in reporting and tracking systems to support consistent visibility
- Produce recurring portfolio reports and performance updates for stakeholders
- Prepare scorecards that highlight progress, milestones, risks, and blockers
- Review, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports
- Support workload tracking and basic demand forecasting
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and logistics to support portfolio governance routines
- Partner with product, transformation, and project teams to gather updates and confirm changes
- Identify data gaps and drive follow-ups to completion to improve reporting quality
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3 years of experience in reporting, operations, project coordination, or administrative support roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including concise status updates for senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to identify and correct data issues
- Ability to work independently and use judgment to escalate risks or blockers appropriately
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to build clear, executive-ready materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in Share Point (or similar) for collaboration and document management
- Experience using reporting or analytics tools (for example Tableau or Alteryx)
- Experience maintaining portfolio tracking data across one or more systems of record
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience using Monday.com or similar workflow management tools
- Experience with automation tools such as Ui Path
- Basic programming or data analysis skills (for example Python)
- Experience working in portfolio or project management environments
- Familiarity with financial services or banking operations
- Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship management skills
- Experience supporting global or cross-regional teams
- Ability to build and manage internal webpages or landing pages (for example Confluence, Shorthand), translating content into clear and user-friendly formats
