As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Reconciliations Transformation Team within Securities Services, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of solutions in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams with a particular focus on Investment Middle Office (IMOS), build key relationships, enable the product service to continuously deliver value and function efficiently.

Job responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager, Operations and Technology to execute on key Reconciliations delivery initiatives and identify ways to boost efficiencies
• Manages end to end change life cycle from requirements documentation, solution design review, monitoring delivery to execution
• Raises blockers and other impediments to stakeholders, actively managing dependencies and constraints
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Reconciliations and/or Investment Middle Office Services line of business
• Demonstrated performance in either change management or delivery focused domains
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
• Experience in product / solution deployment processes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Developed knowledge of Reconciliations and change management life cycle
• Developed knowledge of Securities Services line of business in CIB
