The Collateral Services organization resides within the Securities Services business of J.P. Morgan. Collateral Services products provide value-added solutions to financial market clients, principally engaged in Derivatives and Securities Finance activities, by creating liquidity, reducing counterparty risk, and improving operating efficiencies. As a Vice President, Product Delivery Lead in Trading Services, you will play a pivotal role in transforming strategic visions into market-leading products, initially focusing on the Triparty Product development agenda. You will lead cross-functional teams, set direction for change initiatives, and ensure the seamless delivery of products in a dynamic and complex environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation, supporting business growth, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.
Job responsibilities

Lead and own the product delivery agenda, partnering with Product Delivery Managers and senior stakeholders to set strategic direction and drive execution of key initiatives.

Champion change management activities across functional partners, ensuring robust adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve delivery impediments, managing dependencies and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.

Align product investment and delivery with commercial business objectives and the broader Securities Services strategic plans.

Oversee and approve requirements definition, ensuring documentation meets the highest quality standards and supports business objectives.

Provide senior-level reporting and communication, delivering timely, accurate updates and maintaining program artefacts for executive management.

Represent the product externally and internally, partnering with Senior Product Development and Product Managers to develop and deliver key messages to clients, prospects, and senior management.

Partner with team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Product Development team.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Exceptional leadership and communication skills: Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and engage with senior stakeholders across the organization and externally.

Strategic change management expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading complex change agendas and developing innovative solutions to business challenges.

Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving: Ability to set direction, anticipate market trends, and drive the delivery of business strategy.

Strong relationship management: Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across a wide range of functions, earning a reputation for integrity, intelligence, and effective problem-solving.

Proven team leadership: Experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams, driving high performance, and sharing best practices across the Product Development organization.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Deep expertise in Triparty Collateral Management or Product Development.

Comprehensive knowledge of the product development life cycle.

Strong interest and awareness of technology innovations.

Understanding of Custody and Fund Services offered by global custodians.
