As a Client Solutions Architect Senior Associate in Trade & Working Capital within Product Solutions Delivery (PSD) team, you contribute significantly to a team that innovates and supports the sales process in architecting comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. • Acts as key for MLA and insurance registrations and certification management for Sales and Working Capital and Core Trade distribution

• Manages setup, implementation, and post close management of transactions related to distribution and participation

• Leads seamless collaboration with the Distribution team in support of growth of revenue targets

• Engages on successful implementation, post-close administration, and risk participation of the Trade and Working Capital products

• Manage the overall implementation process ensuring the team adhere to SOP requirements when managing the booking system set-up and post close administration of the facilities.

• Ensure adherence to all transactional control conditions established to minimize operational risk and to be able to identify areas where such risks may develop where transactional controls may need to be developed or adjusted as business needs require

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills-
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a broad set of related products

• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
• Experience supporting the technical design of products or technology applications
• Proven leadership skills and an ability to work in a global team environment, across multiple disciplines and locations
• Ability to multitask within the broader scope of the PSD team, managing work flow and capacity across the team to ensure timely execution of new deals, as time to revenue is a key performance indicator
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate across the organization at any level, as well as with clients as and when required
• Proficiency in customized data analytics, advanced working knowledge of Excel (macros, pivots, and graphs) and PowerPoint applications
