Join our team where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient Asset Servicing for Mandatory Corporate action events. Your advanced analytical skills and asset servicing and client transitions expertise will be vital in solving complex problems, making impactful decisions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

As an Asset Servicing and Transitions Associate II within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in managing the asset servicing and migration of client assets. Your expertise in asset service and trade lifecycle processes will be crucial in ensuring all mandatory corporate actions and client transitions are processed accurately and efficiently on respective platforms. You will be expected to apply your advanced analytical skills and broad understanding of the professional field to solve problems, make decisions that impact the department, and ensure compliance with technical standards and policies. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments, managing the mandatory corporate action events and stock movements in and out of client accounts, and preparing and sending beneficiary disclosures holdings report . You will also be responsible for identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements, leveraging automation technologies, and managing projects effectively. Your ability to influence and manage internal stakeholders, coupled with your strong presentation skills and market product knowledge, will be key to your success in this role.

Job responsibilities-
Ensure timely and accurate completion of Control checkpoints, client entitlement reconciliation, disbursement of all payments of cash and stocks to clients and disclosures of beneficiary holdings reporting

  • Review and, where necessary, update existing processes or procedures to minimize risk and improve the operational environment.

  • Lead the seamless onboarding, restructuring, and exiting of client assets, ensuring precision and timeliness in every transaction

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Client Service/Solutions, Product, Relationship Management, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions

  • Analyze complex data sets, identify anomalies, and develop effective solutions to ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Actively participate in projects and processes, contributing to client-driven and regulatory change initiatives while producing insightful metrics and reports.

  • Efficiently handle a high volume of queries, demonstrating ownership and clear communication regarding pipeline status and deadlines.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience, with proven solid experience in day-to-day operation processing.

  • Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to navigate complex challenges

  • Thrive in a team environment, working collaboratively to meet deadlines and achieve shared goals.

  • Demonstrate strong time management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.

  • Possess excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Be proficient in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with an eagerness to learn automation tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and UIpath

  • Maintain high accuracy rate, be able to validate input and identify exceptions.

  • Exhibit strong analytical skills coupled with independent and reliable decision-making mindset including taking the initiative to take lead in order to drive change and continuously enhance controls.

  • Proven experience in driving various process enhancement and digital tools initiatives globally and regionally.

  • Track record of working in a changing environment with the experience of learning, documenting and implementing new processes efficiently.

  • Flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work and comfortable to deal with pressure and fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven record in handling / execution of performing UAT testing for new application

  • Experience of market processes / requirements

  • Involve in multiple process changes and enhancement

  • Financial Services background ideally within a Custody or Investment Bank Asset Servicing experience (Income / Corporate Actions ) environment is preferential.
