As a Trading Services Manager within JPMorgan Chase, you will serve as an intense project lead, owning large-scale, cross‑functional programs from scope through delivery. You will leverage extensive derivatives product knowledge to shape solutions, mitigate risk, and guide decision‑making across stakeholders. You will manage and develop a diverse team, set clear priorities, and ensure disciplined execution against timelines and outcomes. Your advanced understanding of automation technologies and data literacy will be critical to modernizing our platforms and driving measurable efficiency gains. As a recognized expert, you will communicate with influence, align stakeholders, and lead your team through change to deliver firmwide impact.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end trade processing control, ensuring accurate order entry, trade execution, and settlement in line with operational policies and precedents.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of market products to monitor and manage asset and cash levels, identifying trends and potential risks.
  • Implement automation technologies and data analysis techniques to optimize trading systems, enhance efficiency, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in our trading services.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, leveraging strong presentation skills to communicate insights, drive change, and align operations with the firm's strategic objectives.
  • Leverage advanced tools such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance process automation, improve decision-making, and drive innovation within trading services.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in trading services, specifically in order execution, trade execution, and settlement.
  • Demonstrated advanced skills in using automation technologies to optimize trading systems and processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of market products, including their definitions, operating procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, with a focus on fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Expertise in data analysis techniques, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to inform strategic decisions.
  • Expert ability to create presentations across various levels, and deliver both in-person and virtual presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience deploying digital solutions (e.g., workflow automation, data pipelines, dashboards) that materially enhance efficiency and controls.
  • Familiarity with applying AI/ML or advanced analytics to optimize processes and inform decision‑making in derivatives‑related contexts.
