Seeking a Java Developer with extensive experience and understanding of the asset management investment business to join our Investment Technology team.

As a Development Manager in the Investment Technology team, you will be responsible for requirements research and analysis, system design, development, system go-live, changes and maintenance of the investment research platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project management and development of the core modules of the company's investment research platform;

• Promote the company's financial technology work, keep up with the development of Fin-tech, continuously absorb and introduce new technology systems, empower business, and improve the company's competitiveness

• Formulate technical routes and overall framework to quickly break through technical difficulties encountered during the development process

• Communicate with business users on demand and complete demand analysis, system design, coding development and project management;

• Responsible for continuously tracking the progress of the project, clearly understanding and submitting the results of each stage, identifying the risks in the project, evaluating and eliminating risks, and ensuring the quality of the project;

• Assist in the development of system specifications, and be responsible for checking suppliers and self-developed codes in accordance with the specifications.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Full-time bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, with 3 years of software development experience and independent complete project development experience

• Experience in building Fintech projects in the asset management industry, such as portfolio management, simulated portfolios, real-time valuation, real-time positions, knowledge graphs, etc.

• Proficient in Software development life cycle

• Proficient in Java development and micro service technology system, familiar with Spring boot, Spring cloud and other frameworks

• Familiar with front-end development technologies, such as Vue, React, Bootstrap, Jquery and other open source frameworks

• Proficient in Oracle database and object-oriented analysis and modeling

• Strong system architecture ability, clear thinking, quick thinking, fast learning ability and communication and coordination ability

• Have a deep understanding of the fund industry's investment research related business, and have experience in the development of specific investment, research, performance attribution are preferred
