As a Vice President within the Market Operations Asset Servicing team, you will lead and optimize the end-to-end corporate actions lifecycle, partnering with trading desks and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in managing risk, driving process enhancements, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of asset servicing events. You will help foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your contributions will directly impact our clients and the broader financial markets. You will work closely with Trading, Middle Office, Settlements, Transformation Team, Technology, etc. to proactively manage risk and drive digital transformation. Job responsibilities

Oversee daily asset servicing activities and support team management

Ensure accurate and timely processing of all transactions and corporate actions

Escalate unclear or delayed instructions promptly for resolution

Investigate and respond to internal queries with accuracy and professionalism

Facilitate completion of client, investor, and regulatory reporting requirements

Support transaction processing through analysis and data provision
-
Communicate corporate action events to trading, middle office, and operations teams
-
Demonstrate expertise in asset servicing event processing
-
Engage with trading, settlements, middle office, technology, cash management, lending, etc. to manage risk
-
Drive process enhancements and digital tool initiatives globally and regionally

Manage client asset and money segregation processes to ensure regulatory compliance
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree
-
Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in Corporate Actions or Asset Servicing processing

Knowledge of the transaction and trade lifecycle

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment

Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business and technology needs, and adaptable and open to changes

Strong risk and control awareness with ability to implement mitigating controls

Proven ability to prioritize workloads and meet critical deadlines with accuracy

Strong analytical skills and independent decision-making abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with ability to work independently and learn quickly

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft applications
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with Alteryx or related tools
