As a Data Key Entry Specialist in Receivables Operations, you will be responsible for accurately keying and verifying transaction data daily, playing a vital role in ensuring client requirements are met with speed and precision. Your work supports the integrity of payment processing operations and directly impacts the client experience. Job responsibilities

• Insert customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents accurately and efficiently.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors to ensure completeness and accuracy of all entries.
• Correct inaccuracies, validate output, and confirm that captured data aligns with information on the source document.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer, account, and transaction information at all times.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Ability to confirm and/or correct data presented for capture to align with information on the source document.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain an efficient rate of productivity alongside a high rate of accuracy.
• Proficient alphanumeric data entry skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility to support peak processing volumes.
• Ability to follow outlined processes and procedures accurately and consistently.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a diverse group of colleagues.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Prior experience in data entry, remittance processing, or banking operations is preferred.

Schedule: Monday-Friday(7:00AM-3:30PM)

This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise.

Security Clearance Requirement:

A Government Security Clearance, including Public Trust clearance, will be required for this position. As a condition of employment, the selected candidate must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening to obtain the necessary clearance. This process includes, but is not limited to:

• Fingerprints
• Credit check
• Verification of employment history and educational background
• Criminal record check
• Tax filing history (possibly)
• References (possibly)
• Proof of U.S. legal permanent residence (up to 7 years)
• Other relevant verifications as mandated by federal requirements
