As an LE Broker, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, championing oversight, governance, and operational excellence across the organization. This role is at the intersection of business, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, requiring a keen eye for detail, a passion for controls, and the ability to influence and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a guardian of process integrity, ensuring all activities align with policy, standards, and regulatory requirements for the country/countries assigned.
- Exercise vigilant oversight of Risk overlay processes, identifying gaps and proactively mitigating risks.
- Maintain a robust control environment, continuously monitoring for emerging issues and implementing timely solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with business clients, LCs, and cross-functional partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
- Serve as a persuasive communicator, adept at translating complex requirements into actionable guidance for stakeholders at all levels.
- Deliver impactful training and awareness sessions, empowering SDMs and key stakeholders with the knowledge to excel.
- Anticipate challenges and act swiftly to resolve open or aged items, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to deadlines. Take initiative in leading special projects, participating in global forums, and contributing to the broader GSS community.
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence, escalating issues judiciously and advocating for best practices across the business. Partner with RO team members and broader CTPO/GSS teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and cross-team synergy.
- Lead by example, inspiring peers and stakeholders through your commitment to excellence, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Proven leadership and people management experience, with a strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience working within a global financial institution.

Familiarity with APAC regulatory requirements and third-party risk management.

Project management certification or formal training.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with automation platforms such as Alteryx or Ui Path.

Advanced knowledge of supplier governance frameworks.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in an Asian language is considered an asset.
