Corporate Technology Finance & Business Management (F&BM) seeks a high-performing Vice President. The VP, Financial Analytics & Reporting, will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing end‑to‑end financial insight and business decision support. This role combines traditional Finance & Business Management coverage (planning, forecasting, headcount/cost management) with deeper Financial Analysis (P&L analytics, trend and variance drivers, scenario modeling, and management reporting).

As the Finance Analytics & Reporting Vice President supporting Corporate Technology, you will drive insightful analysis of financial and business results. You will partner closely with the CFO and senior Technology leaders to improve outcomes, strengthen transparency, and advance data and reporting modernization across the organization. The role also owns the Monthly Business Review for Corporate Technology. You will bring a solutions‑oriented mindset, strong influencing skills in a matrixed organization, and a proven track record across Finance & Business Management, Business Strategy & Development, Program Management, Financial Controls, and Business/Technology. Success requires agility to manage varying levels of complexity and peak demand, comfort reprioritizing in a fast‑paced environment, and the ability to build strong relationships to strategically plan and execute agendas, projects, action items, and deliverables.

Job responsibilities

  • Own, produce and enhance recurring management reporting across P&L, headcount and key KPIs, with clear commentary on performance drivers and trends.
  • Prepare materials for senior forums (e.g., monthly business reviews, , annual planning reports, strategy discussions), translating complex analytics into clear, action‑oriented messages.
  • Perform monthly deep‑dive analysis (e.g., cost, headcount, attrition analyses) to support strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Support investments and productivity initiatives, including creating financial models and scenario analysis.
  • Execute day-to-day Business Management deliverables for Corporate Technology aligned to leadership priorities; make business-as-usual decisions, influence stakeholders, determine the appropriate course of action, and escalate when necessary.
  • Build trusted relationships with support functions and clients.
  • Build robust, scalable analytics, enhancing data quality, and contributing to the modernization of tools, pipelines and visualizations used by Finance and senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and self‑service tools that enable executives and finance teams to monitor key metrics and trends.
  • Drive standardization, process improvement, and automation across teams and within scope of responsibility.
  • Exhibit and reinforce a high standard of JPMC culture and respect across the organization.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Financial Management, Business Management, Analytics or data-focused role with responsibility for building analyses and reports.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical problem solving; superior financial modeling skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to work with large and complex datasets. Able to synthesize large data sets, distill key concepts, and articulate relevant issues to senior management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication; Flexible work style with strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships at all levels and influence key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, innovative thinker; able to derive, formulate, and develop new concepts, processes, and value added activities.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities , and skills

  • Experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Technology Finance & Business Management.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and PitchPRO; Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language) for data extraction and analysis is preferred. Awareness of Anaplan, Sigma, Tableau, other corporate P&L toolsets.
  • Foundational understanding of AI capabilities and hands-on experience using Databricks to automate reporting, streamline analytics, and enhance forecasting and variance analysis. Exposure to financial data modernization programs.
  • Proven track record of partnering with subject matter experts to deliver holistic insights.
