Proactively sequence work, allocate capacity, and manage trade‑offs across concurrent deliverables.
  • Drive reduction of manual effort and error risk through standardization and automation of reporting inputs. Support OS controls execution as needed, partnering closely with the global Controls Lead who owns overall controls strategy, testing approach, and external coordination. Ensure India team execution aligns with firm standards for maker–checker controls, anomaly tracking, evidence retention, and audit trails.

  • Champion responsible AI adoption within BAU, including AI‑assisted quality checks, evidence extraction, and process optimization.
  • Directly manage and develop the India OS team, setting clear ownership, performance expectations, and prioritization frameworks aligned to annual objectives. Actively coach the team on workload management, escalation, and decision‑making under time pressure.
  • Ensure team members are cross‑trained across data governance, regulatory reporting support, and controls to reduce key‑person risk.
